Easy, fast, genuine parts!

I ordered an AutoPilot Pool Pilot RC-42 replacement cell last week and it was SO easy to find on their website. The price was great, and it shipped super fast to me in Florida. I got it installed and my pool is sparkling again. I will definitely buy all my salt pool stuff from them again! So happy with the whole experience and I'm telling my neighbors.

Detailed feedback on RC-35/22 cell

I purchased an RC-35/22 replacement cell. The ordering process was straightforward on their site; I found it easily navigating the AutoPilot section. Shipping took about 4 business days to get to me in Arizona, which was within the expected timeframe mentioned. The cell arrived well-packaged and appears to be a genuine AutoPilot part, matching the one I removed. Installation was simple enough, and my system is now producing chlorine as it should. I didn't need to contact support, so I can't comment on that aspect. Overall, a solid transaction for a specific part.

Good value, slow communication

I bought an AquaCal TropiCal heat pump from them a few weeks ago. The price was competitive, and I appreciate that they offer genuine products. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, about 9 days to California, but the freight company did a decent job handling it. The one minor issue was a slight delay in getting a tracking number initially; it took an extra day after shipment to receive it. Once it arrived, the heat pump worked perfectly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and the product quality, but a bit quicker communication on shipping updates would be nice.

Got my pool working again

My old AutoPilot Digital Nano quit on me, so I went to their site to grab a new one. It was pretty easy to find what I needed. Placed the order and it showed up a few days later, no drama. Got it hooked up and the pool's back to normal. It felt good to get it sorted without any hassle, you know?

Quick delivery, genuine part

Got a salt cell cord. Part was genuine, fit perfectly. Shipped fast. Pool is running good now. Happy with the purchase.

Good value for plumbing parts

Needed some specific plumbing fixtures for a small repair at home, and was really trying to keep costs down. SaltPoolGuys popped up and I decided to check them out. I was pleasantly surprised by their pricing, especially compared to some of the local stores. Found a couple of things I needed with a pretty decent discount, which made the whole purchase feel much more worth it. The shipping wasn't super fast, took about 5 days, but everything arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. Definitely felt like I got good value for my money here. Will likely check them first next time I need something.
